      Download Files & Folders

      You can download the files and folder from the media library to your device. Follow these steps to do so.

      Download files

      1. Select(Just click) the file you want to download & then click the download icon to save the file to your device.

      Note: You can try multiple select several files to carry out the bulk download. The file will be saved in a zip format.

      Download folders

      1. Select the folder, and click on the three vertical dots.

      2. Then, click on download. (The folder will be downloaded in a zip format)

      Note: The bulk download feature is not yet available with folders.
