Discussions on brief requests

Collaborate with team mates and discuss your campaigns in detail within Rocketium.

1. To access the discussion chat, simply hover over the respective project in the projects tab and click on "ⓘ (Edit project brief)".

2. You can also access the discussion by clicking the "ⓘ (brief)" in the project's template editor.

3. Various formatting options are available in the chat discussion. You can use the "B" button to make the text bold and the "I" button to make it italic.

4. It is also possible to include hyperlinks and even apply a strikethrough effect to the text.

6. To include attachments in the chat, use the pin icon at the bottom of the text.

7. To expand your view of the attachments, click on them to see them in detail.

8. If you need to notify a specific member, use the "@" symbol followed by their name. Type "@" and select "ALL" to tag all project members.

8. You can edit, delete, and reply to messages sent in the chat. Additionally, you can pin important messages to keep them easily accessible.

Now you can resolve comments and assign comments inside Project Discussions as well.

Discussions can be continued from anywhere inside Rocketium (not just the Project Brief) using Inbox. You can track, assign, resolve, open (unresolve) or Quick Reply to any Discussion thread via Inbox. More details here
