Review mode inside Editor

How multiple users can enter inside editor for review

Review Mode allows collaborative and parallel reviewing from inside the Editor that hastens the feedback process and reduces to-and-fro needed earlier to perform reviewing iterations

There is no limit on number of users that can access Review Mode any any point in time simultaneously

Note: This feature is for review only and ensures that multiple users can see and review in real time. Editing is only possible with only one user

How does it look:

Review Mode will have a yellow bar on top. Most of the design/styling/save/layer and edit elements will be disabled

Your normal Editor will continue to look as it is with the CTA toggle on top to quickly jump to Review Mode

How to access:

• Any Project with a Template selected and Editor opened will have a Review mode option available on the hover of the project from the Projects List page
• When redirected from Notification, User will see who is working inside the Editor and will also have the CTA to redirect to Review Mode
• You can also quickly switch between Editor and Review Mode using the toggle on the header bar inside the Editor

Note: If you will try to enter Editor from Projects List page or Review Mode, autoprompt will indicate who is currently sitting inside the Editor. Edits can only be done by one person at a time.

Salient Features of Assigned Comment:

• Detects any changes made in Editor in almost real-time. Any changes must be saved inside Editor before it reflects and syncs in Review Mode

• Comments and related features are all active in Real-time. Both the Editor Designer and other Reviewers can track these changes in Real-time
• Discussions and Briefs are fully accessible
• Brand Safety is fully accessible, if available (important for reviews)
• Export with latest changes is possible from Review Mode
• Ruler, Navigation & View All Sizes is usable in Review Mode for more precise Review iterations
  
• All Creative Editing options are disabled for full control
